Growing up in Africa - Travel

My path began in Africa, where I was raised surrounded by wild beauty, vast landscapes, animals, and a way of life that kept us deeply connected to nature. Much of my childhood was spent outdoors, with a freedom and simplicity that shaped me in lasting ways. There was something deeply grounding about growing up so close to the natural world, and those early experiences planted the seeds for the life I would later build around family, connection, and a return to what is natural and true. Yet even within that beauty, there were also fears and conflicts that marked my early life. The reality of war, apartheid, the fear reflected through the news and media, and the instability of growing up with an alcoholic father all became part of my inner landscape and the beginning of a much deeper journey.

Later, through travel and time spent in third-world countries, my understanding of life expanded even further. I was deeply moved by the way many people lived with so little, yet seemed so connected, present, and at peace. The children were always outside in nature, playing freely without toys, without excess, and without the constant tension and overstimulation so common in modern life. They looked genuinely happy, and it touched something in me that recognized the beauty of simple living. These experiences opened my eyes to the resilience of people, the intelligence of nature, and the profound wisdom that can be found in a life lived closer to the earth..

Children and Biodynamic Farming

Raising children in nature and living on farms became one of the deepest parts of my journey. Through biodynamic living, farming, natural rhythms, and a more grounded family life, I came to understand how deeply the environment shapes a child’s wellbeing, development, and sense of safety. Much of this journey was shared through my blogs, Earthboys on WordPress and Energy GHK on Blogspot, where I wrote about the children's experiences, and the beauty of raising children in a more natural way.

My connection with horses and natural horsemanship also became an important part of this path. Working with horses taught me about presence, trust, emotional attunement, and the quiet language of the nervous system. Their sensitivity and intelligence offered a form of therapy that was both grounding and deeply healing, strengthening my understanding of non-verbal communication, regulation, and the body’s innate wisdom.

Healing, Studies - Integrated Approach

My own 25-year healing journey led me to study and explore a wide range of healing approaches, including GAPS, Metaphysical Anatomy - somatic healing, the work of Joe Dispenza, Biofield Tuning, and becoming a Naturopathic Counselor and Associate Practitioner for Biogeometry Home Solutions. Over time, I began to weave these understandings together with Germanic Healing Knowledge in a way that felt both practical and profound. I now blend French Radiesthesia and Dowsing with GHK using harmonizing tools such as the Time Pendulum, IKUP, emitter sheets, Biosignatures, brain stands, and the Human Archetype Ruler to support a deeper understanding of the body, energy field, emotional conflict patterns, and the environment. This integrated approach allows me to work in a way that honors both the biological and energetic dimensions of healing, helping others return to greater clarity, harmony, and trust in their design. I continue working in an Energy Mentorship and Third Eye Activating Meditations.
